I don't have an opinion on the correct way to do T&S for a platform (so glad it's not my job), but I am growing increasingly uncomfortable with the first-name basis targeting of @aaron.bsky.team.
It's systematic, personal, and coming from a bunch of people I respect, I am really confused.

And given the blatantly self serving ban of one of his critics recently, it’s unreasonable to expect people not to blame him for things he’s clearly responsible for.
The follow up response may or may not be justifiable but since none of us knows how to fix it, why would we judge the ones trying?
I don't think "don't do that" is a valid criticism without saying what else to do. And I don't know what else to do to get T&S fixed.
A responsibility he has responded to by unfollowing nearly every trans person he previously was.
It's just really weird to make it a conversation about whether the guy is personally "innocent" and then police the posts he puts likes on.
Juno got banned for doing a tiny little wisp of the same thing - no more than minor embarrassment - to Aaron.
Not only is the hypocrisy sickening, it make Aaron's values crystal clear.
That said, do we have any evidence at all of him using this platform to dox and harass people?
There is lots and lots of evidence of abuse thrown his way on here.
It doesn't look good!
