Maybe newlines in the HTML? I'm thinking about formatting guidelines I have to follow for web design at work, and I can't have a tag with two different attributes (like class and ID) on one line, it makes me put each one on a separate line. If I was writing an email HTML I don't think I'd do that.

And on Mac it’s only Alt-Shift-Hyphen (Alt-Hyphen for an en-dash), so typing one is basically just muscle memory. You can pry my em-dashes out of my cold dead hands 😂

On iOS it’s even easier—two hyphens create an emdash (built in autocorrect). But you can also access through key press ‘123’, hold down hyphen and you get a choice for endash, emdash & a bullet. On Mac you can set up 2 hyphens in autocorrect in Pages and Keynote as an emdash or 2 for en, 3 for em.
