I'd hold off on celebrating until we get them on the record on cloture. The last I heard the plan was to vote on cloture and then straight party line votes on the Dem and Rep CRs. Since they voted for cloture, it only requires the Republicans to pass their horrid CR

For those who don’t know what “voting for cloture” means, the D’s can vote to filibuster and not allow the bill to come to a vote. That’s a way to kill it. But if they do not vote to filibuster (= for cloture), then the bills comes to a regular vote and Dems lose 53-47. R budget passes.
