I mean, the stuff they are complaining and probably lying about in USAID is peanuts to the DOD. Didn't we build a hospital in Afghanistan that the Afgan government was in no way able to maintain and it basically fell apart and the equipment looted?

I haven't seen any signs it is suspended as of now (not in a defense industry but have some exposure to military third party contracts). Just if they were willing to fire ~30K trans service members via executive order I don't know that they aren't going to ask for shows of loyalty from all vendors.
