I hate sour cream, Mi Madre & I both cook & eat Mexican food frequently at home, and he makes very good carnitas & tostada shells for "taco salad"

Okay: One, this is nothing remotely like a “real taco,” because food truck tacos are the only truth and lord…

HOWEVER, I would eat the hell outta that snack.

But I agree, it’s not a taco, Mexican, or legit.

It’s white people party food, obviously.
