A solid stand against the confirmation of Battacharya? Advisory councils are still not meeting, and likely won't until new NIH head confirmed. My grant is in limbo, and I don't care--Battacharya is unqualified. Legislators seem to not care. Never did residency, PhD is economics.

I am personally most worried about the soon to be absence of work on marginalized youth. Trans kids, migrant kids, etc. I don't know what we should do next. Possibly targeted marches at local politicians offices, or school outreach to parents?

Question: How does this community reach out to the average american who might be getting their takes on science from say, Joe Rogan and Lex Fridman ( a person who should know better than to spout some of the nonsense he does )
