Exactly. My R35 council meeting has been cancelled without clear rescheduling. No idea when I know if I can keep lab funded. MRAC study section I reviewed for cancelled at last minute. So much wasted effort and anxiety for folks.

This is a distinction without a difference. If there are no council meetings, funding is still being withheld and reviewer time is being wasted.
