I think it might be a little too late, they already have the showroom with a garage door built.

I agree, under typical circumstances it would be rather late for a lease to cancel, but Musk is randomly canceling all sorts of govt. leases and arbitrarily firing govt employees so who knows? Regardless, to me the important thing is to get the word out that the company is not welcome in Cville
