It means I'm not running for the next two days 😆 it means wearing too many layers and stripping half of them off by mile 2. It means lack of motivation, more inside work, maybe even strength workout. #runchat

Yep that's a good trick. Either the cold weather day is a scheduled off day, or flip a scheduled off day to a cold day

Yeah it's harder to move my rest days because those are usually my working days (12 hrs shifts) so when cold is on a run day I gotta find something to do. Lol

Cold is when the temperature is uncomfortably low. Firtunately, if you bundle enough and when you run, you create hear, so it's usually not an issue. # runchat
