Was definitely saddened to see him included in some econ starter packs and I wouldn't be surprised if people blindly following all on those is a big part of his rapid growth. Him and Reich have made me look a lot closer at who is on those and selectively follow.
Perhaps, but the idea Xitter is better is a bit ridiculous IMO. Like he refused to join bluesky to do disinformation on the website and then...stays on a website where the paid advertisements are from the "Gentile News Network" talking about Jewish peoples plot to kill your children.
I don't have much good to say on the twitter algorithm on this point but this hasn't been the case for me - I very rarely, if ever see this. Twitter gives you a lot of control over what you end up seeing.
Can't remember who said this, maybe matt darling, but he shows up late to an argument and proceeds with good but flawed arguments that have already been disproven

I mean that sorta jokingly but it IS true. Nate doesn’t have to follow that guy…
Nate is a hilariously tragic figure. Sort Trumpian in ways. Excellent polling product, strange human.
Lots of very smart people who published op-eds months after the relevant Twitter discourse.
