Hmmmm …what if there was a tiny % that the US could mine/own (from the area the Russia annexed) that would allow a foot in the door to legitimately be close to Russia. 👀 a small % with the agreement that it could help offset the huge expense of building back Ukraine? I agree, zero exploitation !!
