Unfair remark. When Macron proposed sending troops to Ukraine, no one followed. And here it's not a question of fighting against the US but preventing any aggression. Trump, who threatens his allies instead of Russia, should be blamed, not those who are forced to react to his aggression

Yes, actions are stronger leadership than proposals... To France's credit, shipping AMX10-RC and Storm Shadow are two instances of setting a precedent without waiting for allied consensus - with others following. I hope we'll repeat that success with French forces in Ukraine.

If you mean that the Europeans are not doing enough for Ukraine, I fully agree. But why criticize when they are defending a possession of an EU member? Moreover, a non-response from them would be an additional sign of weakness that Putin would not miss.

I agree,but Trump is pulling the strings.
From tying western Europe's hands with limited support to Ukraine and at the same time picking on its friends in NATO.
He has ratified more help to Israel with arms,but shows little taste in confronting Putin war with Zelenski who is Jewish.

The thing is, that the Europeans don´t take the Ukraine war, that seriously.
Putin has rightly said, that the West actually use Ukraine as a tool to wear out the de-nazifiers. That means little energy and a low engagement ratio.
The protection of Greenland, is at mostly a signal to the Trump agenda.

well the russian invasion in Ukraine has been going on for 3 years and no troops have been sent from France or any other country while russian have military troops from north korea, if that's not a refusal then what is?
