It's worth noting that Rupert Murdoch is 100% the reason why Fox never got a foothold in the UK. We already had The Sun, and it's utterly behead-the-CEO worthy reporting on the disaster at Hillsborough ensured that only the most dedicated fascist scum would watch Fox News.

Everything with the Murdoch stink on it was shunned, to the point some entire cities in the UK refuse to stock, or allow to be sold, The Sun "Newspaper" these days. I think if it hadn't been for that disaster coverage, Fox may have gotten a foothold.

Thing is, cable channels are not broadcast so that never would have applied.

Also, FNC is available in Germany and the UK. It’s not broadcast anywhere. It’s only cable, satellite or stream.
