NAHB’s answers are entirely things that benefit them alone. They want to be able to do shoddy jobs without inspectors calling them out. They want to make big neighborhoods with parking and traffic problems because it’s cheaper. They want to not have to provide land for parks and schools.

Now I do see in one (like the minimum lot size zoning restriction) how that of course serves their livelihood & industry. Especially when we have enough empty buildings we could use to turn into homes.
But there are points we could take from this list to research & use for the best interests of as many Americans as possible. Not just few.
