Isn't this from one of the 2 demos on one of the Happy Disks (Japanese promotional disks from McDonald's), which also contained Parappa The Rapper 2 demo?
I can't help but see this one as having a long snake like body. Which happily reminds me these guys are going to be appearing in MGS Delta Snake Eater.
