The DEI argument is so reductive and ignorant. It’s like the new age satanic panic.

Plus, before DEI, rich white dudes were hiring unqualified friends, family members, etc. The difference here is, DEI is used ALONGSIDE qualifications, not as a substitute for it. We need better messaging on this.
