Where are we seeing these statements, - in this case, a statement of a policy for promotion of strong EU responsibility for their own defense, contradicted by nefarious actions to cripple & sabotage EU’s ability to build a strong military defense,
Examples:
-The US peace plan for Ukr, that results in exclusion of Ukr, priorities of Ru, & predatory US actions on Ukr & the US disassembling of military supply support in Poland.
Their murderous war on Ukr & their war crimes on Ukr.
