The ethical part is all in the "management" of the investment.

For housing, that would be primarily the property managers.

For shares, that would be the brokers and CEO's

What I mean is that Greens will block legislation that is not perfect. They have not been elected to government. A fact underlined by the recent election.

The incremental housing policy was blocked in the same way that the imperfect climate price policy was blocked in the Gillard government.
