On the one hand, banning right on red is a proven way to save lives and reduce injuries. On the other hand, drivers are delayed by a few seconds. So it’s impossible to say if it’s good or not.

It can be safe if you understand the law. You have yield to literally everything to make the right. You have to make a full stop first. Enforce this and its fine
(Provided you push the button before the light changes because if you don't it stays red for you...)
It is a long wait and then you get to plow into the intersection with the ignored traffic light 😬
They need their safe space and the thought of even parking out of eyesight is difficult for them.
