My 11yo was reading aloud a book for school, about Kristallnacht, Kindertransport, and the rise of Nazi Germany. I was about to draw parallels with what’s happening now, because it’s rare we hide things from our kids, but I stopped myself, because it seemed like a bridge too far. (Why? Not sure.) 🧵
