Romances that are laugh-out-loud funny & emotional:
- Happy Medium by Sarah Adler
- Mrs. Nash’s Ashes by Sarah Adler
- I Hope This Finds You Well by Natalie Sue
- If It Makes You Happy by Julie Olivia
No exit by taylor adams, hidden pictures & the last one at the wedding by Jason rekulak, murder in the family by cara hunter (this one takes about 100 pages to get into, and has a weird format that you have to get used to but it's SO WORTH IT)
The characters (specifically one in the second half) really make the book. It's also an amazing audiobook if that's easier for you! I hope you get some phenomenal recs! 💜
i don’t usually do audiobooks but i’m thinking of starting to listen to some!! i’ve been listening to a lot of podcasts while i walk my dog and am interested in doing audiobooks too
Let me throw my titles at ya. Parallel Circuit, crime drama, and Ignite Earth Red Giant, sci-fi doomsday. Check out blurbs. https://www.wandavargasauthor.com
quite literally anything written by Taylor Jenkins Reid, Abby Jiminez, or Carley Fortune for romance. Also recently read Half a Soul by Olivia Atwater which was incredible.
The Echo of Old Books as well

If you read any of these and want to talk about them, my DMs are open! 🥰🫶
You’ve Reached Sam by Dustin Thao is a YA fiction with some relationships and coming of age themes that wrecked me emotionally.
David Bell “She’s Gone” is one of my quickest reads for mystery but it was SO GOOD
For beach read romance, I also love Emily and Elin. I started reading Colleen Hoover books and have been enjoying them.

The Coworker by Freida McFadden was AMAZING
I need to read more of her books, she’s a phenomenal writer!!!
