Incredibly unlikely, I'd say. Possible they might include the film footage in B&W as an extra on the eventual Blu-ray for the colourised edit. Or they may just save it for The Collection.

I'm genuinely surprised that The Collection has been running for so long and there's still a massive Troughton shaped hole in it.

The animations will have played a part in that decision, I imagine. Also I don't think it's a surprise that Season 2, the B&W season with the fewest missing episodes, is the only one we've had. Makes sense to focus on complete seasons and holding off those requiring greater restoration.

If someone had told me twenty years ago that in 2024 there would only be three Troughton stories I couldn't watch in full I'd be highly sceptical. We really have been treated well on the whole.
