It always strikes me as strange when someone says they’re going “out in nature” or going to “commune with nature,” although I admit I’ve mistakenly said it myself occasionally.
We don’t commune with nature. We’re part of nature.
I'm sad that the white buffalo calf hasn't been seen again.
I had hoped it would help usher in a different energy for our planet.
Perhaps it still may, but I see its disappearance as an ominous sign.
How I hope that I'm wrong.
