Trump never had the legal authority in the first place. So what it's IMHO really doing is ordering everyone under him to ignore his EOs.

The question isn't will Trump obey the order but will all the other folks involved obey it.

I was just going to come here and say my recommendation is to file consumer or general complaint w state AG office.

22 states (mostly blue) filed in diff case (I think this is non profit one) but it may be the only way to keep track of missing disbursements in public records

Not many know their sites are pretty user friendly. I utilized my state AG site for first time 2y ago. Also recommend state HHS or country agency too but definitely state AG since good chance they were part of suit

Federal judges can rule all they want against Cheeto. It won't change the fact that Musk now holds the reins and will enable the complete destruction of the republic. I wish I were wrong, but I'm not. Musk needs to be forcefully removed and locked up, followed shortly thereafter by Cheeto.

@altyellonatpark.org! Not a lawyer but no one is offering basic adv to consumers here. 2 Cases were brought by non profits AND state AGs

AGs in many states have consumer friendly sites to file complaints - HUGE if it appears as restraining order violation. Disability, SNAP, etc. Need to track

I’m in Arizona and I personally used the AG website to file consumer complaint for fraud against a local business last yr.I had no idea they were such an accessible resource and I’m someone that’s pretty in the loop!

Best way I can think of to push AG back into court esp if person is in suit state

People feel so helpless and can’t afford lawyers so if they know they can fill out a form (assuming most states are similar) they can feel like they are fighting back and there can be paper trail and not just a social post. 💪🏼
