He started out that way, yeah -- as a Congressional staffer for Rep. Dave Brat, getting coffee, doing meetings with Veterans' associations that his boss couldn't make, that kind of thing. That's the first half of his "experience."

The second half, he got a DoD job where he was a glorified lobbyist.
