All my players got cut so there’s no team I’m rooting for more than any other, especially since I’m Monarchs until I die, but I will look for Sac connections, and the Valkyries and Aces have them. (It does bother me the Valkyries are in the Bay though AND stole the purple, but the purple is 🔥.)

One of my best friends (we met in StL) now lives in MN, so there’s a circular thing going there. Something like that to find a team?

As a formerly teamless W fan, I'm going all in on the Dream this year. There are many selling points, but the driving factor for me is that Brittney Griner is just incredibly fun to watch.
She's like a joyously bounding golden retriever who can grab the ball out of thin air and drop it in the hoop.

Christina!! She’s a NoCal girl like us. I told myself that I would never cheer for a team not named Monarchs, but I found myself rooting hard for the Aces (A’ja omg) but now I’m rooting for the Valkyries (Morgan Ragan is their official TV analyst which is a huge plus)
