At least some of the right wing or centrist platform is very appealing to most Americans
and the dem party has no response, and can't shake off corruption long enough to find its actual backbone
It’s not true that people don’t like at least some conservative policies or at a minimum conservative attitudes.
It's been weaponized via propaganda
The Republican position is a lie (that immigrants are bad and inferior humans)
Any halfway point to a lie is still a lie.
