Is 'light grey on sepia' the default color scheme on SubStack? I've seen increasingly-common use of low contrast lettering, I guess it's trendy or arty or something, but mostly I find it just makes things hard to read.

Yours isn't as bad as some, 7.23:1, but if the letters were black your contrast would be 18.59:1.

FWIW, very irritatingly, Substack does let me choose my background color—but not my text color.
