I did :(
I took bcaas, creatine, and protein right after working out hours ago And I just took like 600mg ibuprofen.
Oh and the epsom bath. Does ZMA really do anything?

Not for this, maybe the magnesium overnight? You might just need to sleep it off :( take more BCAAs before bed.

Imma take magnesium, a lil protein shake (protein, creatine, bcaas) and maybe some tylenol PM before bed. This magic elixir better fix me. 😭😤

Water is essential. Not exciting but drinking water will help in the long run. Amino acids mixed in will help with DOMS. Also a good Tylenol never hurts.
