Hit 1605 MR 2 weeks ago, leaderboard rank was 23k clipping one of my milestones at 24. Goal for the phase is top 16k, probably will end up being around 1750-1775MR by the end of phase as the ladder spreads.

Gonna post training vids here, might do by training day, or just compile top sets of the week. Used to do so a ton on IG. This is probably the training set I'm most proud. Summer 2018, 507 x 3 from a 3" deficit. Think I was around 215 lbs here. I smile every time I think about this set.

Using an alternating week scheme. Putting more emphasis on calves, shoulders & carries as goals. Small emphasis on the classic 3. Want to run this block 4 times with a diet break in the middle.
W1, D3, 216# BW. First ‘heavy’ day if he block. 3RM dead at RPE8 with 365#. Everything across the board is feeling better than I anticipated coming back. Had to hold back & not cook myself too soon. Want to gain 1/2# a week for 1/2 a year, running 4 6 week blocks with breaks between each.
0-2 Today, feeling much better about my play in the first match, doing new punishes and better offense/oki. Got ran through like Boston in April in the 2nd match. Is what it is. See y’all next month.
