W3, D3, BW: Forgot. Second wave of Heavy deads today. 2RM, RPE9, 405#. Tweaked my back throwing axes last night (👴🏾), so took it slow off the floor & leaned a bit more into the legs than normal. Adding in a smidge of rotational work now. Heavy singles in 2 weeks, then we do it all again from the top.
