W4, D1, BW 211. Weight and energy down. 2nd Heavy squat day. 2RM at RPE 9 with 345 lbs. Zercher deads with 125 lbs (def better with flats). 1 min x 100 lbs Sand bag carry as part of my warmup. I have a carry for core on every squat/dead day.
