I saw a less detailed 1 where they colored titanium.They also colored something else brown, but I don't remember what it was. Often, in astrophotography, they aren't the colors we know (x-rays, infrared, etc or determined some other way), but they color them afterwards so the eye can differentiate.

No. You know how when you drop a rock into water, it rebounds up in the center? So does rock. Craters often have a rebound “lift” in the center. They’re prominent on the moon because there is no erosion like on earth. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Complex_crater
