Of course billionaires fall out with each other bitterly (and form factions) but ultimately they will put the interests of the billionaire class above everything else.
They desperately need to do this, and there are very few, if any, companies out there that can deliver this.
Karp & Thiel are not my favourites, but Palantir deliver.
They are very good at what they do. That doesn't mean you can trust them a micrometre.
I donβt make any decisions about this, just have a view.

Joining up over 265 different computer systems dealing with 250 million patient contact details per year in 4 devolved nations so that those records are accessible where needed for the patient to get the best care.
GDS was never a thing until it was.
There is no way the NHS would get anywhere near that for just one person to build an IT system, and keep employing them, let alone the full team needed.
Let alone the bonuses/share options etc available.

My original remark was aimed at the politicians (but that was obvs not clear)
Lets trade bodies lobby but heavily tax any individual major company that employs politicians or their advisors?
