Key Messages represent the author team's consensus and reflect the state of the science by reporting confidence—what we know and don’t know. The NCA Atlas is an interactive tool that lets users zoom into a location and create maps using the same data in NCA5. It includes extra layers, like Justice40 and watershed mapping. Not energy production. I think you may have more options with EPA maps here: https://www.epa.gov/power-sector/power-plants-and-neighboring-communities-map Sounds like you might want to try the eGRID data explorer.
