Removed the Discover tab from my bsky completely, and for when I'm craving something different from my own follow feed, using the "Popular with Friends" feed instead of Discover.
Not having an infinitly refreshable feed of new posts is almost certainly better for my brain overall.

It’s funny, I’ll never really know what most people experience on Bluesky because I’ve been using it for so long.
Following is my default feed, not sure if I changed it or if that’s the standard, or was.
I added discover out of curiosity, and admit I got sucked in cuz it was actually pretty nice until the last couple of months.
