Nobody picks up a guitar and expects to get able to play a whole song without every practicing. And yet, most people freak out when they try learning a new business skill, expecting to instantly be good on your first go. Amazing to think how many good things we don't have because of this.

Staring intently at the baby bee balm plants that sprouted from my test plot of the seed distribution project. Willing them to grow big and strong. Feed lots of critters, bee balms. We collectively distributed seed packets for 10,000 of these plots to be growing right now across Philly.
