File it yourself.
The guidance is straightforward.
Speak with your agency's ombudsman prior to retaining counsel - otherwise you're giving your retainer to someone's fraternity brother.
This is post-law USA. Re-calibrate your skills, becsuse your hard earned knowledge of the law is no longer helpful.
Just look at the guy at the top and the thousands he just pardoned.
File away....flood the courts. I simply suggest that you don't expect anything more than dismissals or endless delays.
Kinda like 1930's Germans suing Hitler to stop him. Nope.
That's happening now. The details and paths are different, but the end result is the same.
Do you think the guardrails remaining will hold trump back?

Lawsuits have been popping in the last five years. The number op-ed articles about "nuclear" verdicts has gotten to the point where you can barely open a law magazine and not find one in it.
I am talking about the uselessness of lawsuits in 2025. Legal actions have had maginal impact in the past few years. Now, we have a felon in the White House that pardoned thousands of felons.
A felon is controlling and dismantling the justice system.
You can sue anybody you want. The President will most likely never even know you did it.
You need to find some sort of pill that will make you stop being such a doomer and take it.
Leaving off the "contact you re: lawyers" part, since it isn't applicable to me.
Ideas how i can get folk help without creating an issue for you?
Maybe DM me & i can refer them to your post here?
We are back to the 1950's mentality!

However, Section I - Nondiscrimination in Federal Employment of that Executive Order 11246 of September 24, 1965 was superseded by EO 11478 of Aug. 8, 1969. EO 11478 was not revoked, to my knowledge.

[I think "Criticisms" at 5:57 needs special attention, ESPECIALLY the two at 6:16 & 6:24]

AG (above BlueSky name) wrote a very detailed set of instructions for protecting yourself as a federal employee. Two weeks ago or so?
There's legislation in the work in some states where this is going to be an issue.
