I think the most effective protest would have been to treat it as a stand up comedy routine. Laugh at his lies. The bigger the whopper, the louder the laugh. If they toss people for disruption, muffle it. Hand over mouth. Snicker. Share eye rolls with those around you.

Completely agree. I kept thinking of that early episode of the Battlestar Galactica reboot where the Cylons attacked every 33 minutes exactly, on the dot, as psychological warfare. Set an interval, like 7 minutes say, and have one Dem interrupt at that interval on the dot until they're removed.
