1. The most important thing you can do is feed your roses. Strong healthy roses are better at being with any attacks.
2. Good regular pruning. It’s good to remove congested stems and allow air to circulate around the rose.
4. As soon as you seen any leaves with black spot, pull them off immediately. This stops them spreading their spores onto other leaves.
I've had some pretty unpleasant experiences with some members of the Irish Twitter community but I'm willing to let bygones be bygones over here on this side

I’m based in Calgary (zone 3) so only have a short outdoor gardening season, but manage to produce lots of veggies, herbs, and flowers in my backyard. I also like to preserve my harvest to enjoy all winter!
