My dad was in the hospital for Christmas and just came home 2 weeks ago. Easter dinner is a bigger deal this year since he’s missed so much. Glad to have him home, dreading all this cooking I have to do 😂

Ham and greens done. Sweet potato pies baking (I know it’s more of a fall/winter dessert, but my dad hasn’t had mine yet). About to make the filling for the peach cobbler. Making the rib roast and assembling deviled eggs tomorrow. Mac assembled to be baked tomorrow with cobbler. I’m tired.
