14 weeks after starting my GLP1 and changing my diet and 8 weeks after incorporating exercise in my routine, I’ve hit my first goal of losing 20lbs! As of today, I am down 21 pounds. Still gotta ways to go to hit my overall goal, but we’re 21 pounds closer to achieving!

Wednesday workout DONE 💪🏾 (3 hours ago) This was fun since my toddler woke up early and was in the way for a lot of it 😂 but I also like when he watches me workout. I give him 3 lb dumbbells to lift while I’m lifting mine.

Health praise report: I’m type 1 diabetic and got labs done today for an upcoming appointment. My a1c was 5.7! Those are PRE-diabetic numbers (I’ll always have to take insulin though). I’m not the best diabetic. This time last year I was taking my insulin about 1-3 times a week.
