Health praise report: I’m type 1 diabetic and got labs done today for an upcoming appointment. My a1c was 5.7! Those are PRE-diabetic numbers (I’ll always have to take insulin though). I’m not the best diabetic. This time last year I was taking my insulin about 1-3 times a week.
