They own the world....if they're miserable, it's their own damn fault. It's narcissism. It's preoccupation with self. If a male is lonely or disaffected, tell him to work in a food bank or an animal shelter.
Most adult males, I’d agree, but be careful. A lot of young AMABs are bombarded with “be a man” type rhetoric and bullied into believing there’s no other way to exist than to be emotionally stunted, isolated edgelords. I fell into it for a while and it almost killed me.
No, I will not be careful. My sons were taught to not look inward, but to look outward -- to serve others, not be self-obsessed. Why else are we on this earth at all -- to weep piteously about condition, or to serve mankind?

Guys who wish to better themselves need to create some holding spaces; places where we can talk about and work on our problems without judgement. Because, let's face it: mental health is sorely lacking in our culture, which is barely the tip of the iceberg.
I don't know what to make of this. Seems like you are putting all males that are lonely into a radical category. Male loneliness is an epidemic. Too many women convinced by society to make an impossible checklist and hold men to it.
Bull. They are self-obsessed, narcissists. If lonely, work at a charity, a food bank, an animal shelter -- think of helping others before weeping pitiful tears for themselves. Women have no impossible checklists....other than showing kindness and respect. The only epidemic is narcissism.
When I look, I see someone/s who managed to raise 3 sons who don't pity themselves, who do go out of their way to help others, who do pay attention to women and are self sufficient. Hope you raise your the same way.
