In order to get trans care there is a complete process that has to take place. The process takes years to complete before care can be given to be sure the diagnosis and treatment are correct. It’s not a whim. There are a lot of differences in humans. This is just one of them.

The uncle she mentioned was actually a favorite BIL of mine, he was kind, compassionate and visited us regularly...he was shunned by his five brothers and one sister and his parents. Sadly he died from AIDS, which they refused to acknowledge.
