Almost three months later, NDIS crabwalks away from its knowingly false application of “28 day” evidence timeframes on eligibility reassessments. What’s missing here is any admission of wrongdoing. I have much, much more to disclose on this soon.

I presume that all this stuff you have to disclose will reflect very positively on the NDIS management. I think there’s clearly lots of great things hiding behind closed doors with that place.
We received our 28 day notice by snail mail (despite repeated requests for email contact) 1 day before the 28 days were up. And what's the point of more assessments if they ignore the ones they already have received.
My god, there is no end to their unfounded punishment of people who need support. Keep going Rick, it seems like being publicly exposed is the only thing that works.
A medical assessment in 28 days???? I made an appointment to see my GP back in early Jan - it still hasn’t come up yet- earliest I could get was mid March! I gave up on the neurologist visits I’m supposed to have - minimum 11month wait- no point. But I’m not on ndis with worse problems. Dreadful.

Neither will pretending 28 days was valid in the first place and not apologising for it.
We'll know you've listened when the process is procedurally fair.
