Are you doing exposures of more than a second? Put your hand or something in front of the lens before you press the shutter, if you can't lock the mirror up (if there is one) and take it away after you press.
Avoids that last little bit of shake...
They're gorgeous pictures anyways. I would love to see what you could do with a tripod, if you have a table nearby you don't really even need a full size one, one of those little ones will do, or like the kind that is all flexy, don't know what they call them now, too early haven't had coffee yet.
Excellent pictures but next time turn up the exposure to 10 seconds and if you leave it in the dark it will then go up to 30 seconds and the picture will be amazing!

Like a veranda post you can (gently) jam your camera up against.
This worked for me with an APS-C sensor DSLR with far too long a lens to be hand-held, one glorious night long ago.
