Might need more than what you have, but if you want to get a bit classy, simmer it with some sautéed mushrooms and onions until it thickens up. Makes a surprisingly good sauce for topping steaks and other meat dishes.
You could also use it to make richer pancakes by using it in pancake mix with milk in leiu of water, or even just whip it up into an ice cream topping.
