Hindsight be 20:20 I think they should have continued with the Section 31 series idea without Michelle Yeoh, and given the lead to a new character who gets recruited and has to navigate the ethical murkiness.

Then give Michelle a film that had nothing to do with Section 31 and without any baggage.
