While we haven't seen any snow here in Albany, the top NYS snowfall report as of 3PM exceeds 17" in Delaware County. The weight of this heavy, wet snow is causing significant power disruptions across the Catskills and Southern Tier, in what has proved to be a very elevation-dependent storm.
